Please try to keep the mobile phone more than 10 meters away from the device when you are talking. It is normal to have an echo if you speak too close to the device.
Please go to the main page of the device, click “Settings”, click “Camera” Settings, then find “Vertical Flip” to adjust the screen orientation.
For IOS devices: enter the phone settings, scroll down to find “NextCam APP”, find “Microphone” and turn it on.
For Android devices: enter the phone settings, open the application manager, find “NextCam APP”, open the permission manager, find “Microphone (recording)” and turn it on.
Please check the device indicator status.
If the indicator shows online, try the following methods:
1.Exit and close the app. Reopen the APP and reopen the live stream.
2.If the previous method doesn’t work, replug and restart the device.
3.If the previous method still doesn’t work, reset the device (by long pressing the reset button) and rebind Wi-Fi and APP.
If the indicator shows that the device is offline, try the following methods:
1.Check if the router connected to the device is working normally.
2.If the router is working normally, place the device as close to the router as possible.
3.If the previous method doesn’t work, replug and restart the device.
4.If the previous method still doesn’t work, reset the device (by long pressing the device reset key) and rebind Wi-Fi and APP.
1.If the volume is low, please check whether the speaker logo at the bottom of the live stream is muted, and try to increase the volume of the mobile phone.
2.If you are viewing the video under the same network of the device, please keep the mobile phone more than 10 meters away from the device.
3.When installing the device, keep it away from electronics (refrigerator, microwave oven, etc.).
1.Please check the network which your device is connected to make sure it is in good condition.
2.If the video delays too much, please exit the live stream and re-enter.
1.Please confirm the current resolution (Ultra HD, HD, SD).
2.Please check the quality of the network which the device is connected to. An unstable network may cause the video to be blurred.
